It is a little impossible to think of life without you having some form of stress or pressure in our daily routine.  If we ignore the pressure, it will make us sick and be depressed. There are three simple ways that are effective. These procedures will help you live a happy and stress free life.

 First, take a deep breath. Taking a deep breath from time to time reduces stress and pressure in the body and mind. Second, you need daily exercise. Following a daily schedule routine performing exercise each day increases the endorphin levels in our bodies. Last but not least, you need to have social relationships. Loneliness is one of the main causes for people suffering with stress. When we feel lonely, stress impacts the body which makes your immune system weak.
